General Enquiries

What are your bake days?

We bake fresh products every day except Sundays.

We accept orders 7 days in advance as we will need time to prepare your orders. 

Why should I place a pre-order?

We only bake from pre-orders. Our tarts and baked goods are made using fresh, high‑quality ingredients with no preservatives. 

Pre-ordering ensures we can prepare the required ingredients and schedule your bake with optimal freshness.

Do you have allergen information?

Yes. Our products may contain dairy, eggs, gluten, and nuts.

Are your bakes halal-certified?

Our products are not halal-certified. However, they contain no pork and no lard.

Alcohol (e.g., rum) may be added upon customer request. All utensils and equipment are thoroughly washed after each use.

Can I change or cancel my order?

For any changes, please contact us via WhatsApp at 8111 0460 as early as possible and we will do our best to assist.

Once an order is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted because preparation work and ingredient procurement would have already begun.

How long can I keep the products?

Please refrigerate your items immediately to maintain quality and food safety.

We recommend consuming all products within 2 days of the production date.

Avoid exposing products to heat or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.

Quiche reheating: Remove from fridge and reheat in an oven at 175°C. 

Single slice: 10-15 minutes.

Whole Quiche: 25-35 minutes. Cover top loosely with an aluminium foil to prevent burning . Remove foil during the last 5 mins of reheating.

Deliveries

How does delivery work?

We offer island‑wide delivery within mainland Singapore.

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to factors beyond our control such as weather or heavy traffic.

Delivery rates:

  • Complimentary delivery for orders above $150 to a single location
  • Otherwise, delivery is $8 per location
  • Delivery windows: 10am–4pm, 8pm–10pm
I need the order delivered at a specific time.

We provide specific-time delivery at $25 per location, from 10am onwards (Mondays to Saturdays), independent of order amount.

What happens if I am not home during delivery?

If no one is available to receive your order, you may:

  • Authorize a neighbour to collect it, or
  • Leave a cooler bag with a gel ice pack outside your door.

If neither option is available, we will place the item at your doorstep. Please note that products must remain chilled to avoid spoilage; we are unable to take responsibility for items left unattended.

Can I change my delivery timing?

Yes — delivery timing can be amended if the items have not yet left for dispatch.

Can I self-collect my order?

Yes. All orders default to self‑collection unless delivery is selected during checkout.

Self‑collection hours: 10am–4pm and between 8-10pm.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayNow. We will contact you shortly to finalize the order and provide a PayNow QR Code for payment.

Payment must be made within the next 24 hours so that we can begin preparing your order.

Please send us a WhatsApp message with a screenshot of your payment confirmation so we can process your order promptly.
